Position Overview

We are hiring General Administration & Receptionist to be outsourced to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk reception and customer service support while handling general administrative duties such as data entry, purchase requisition and purchase order creation, stationery stock-taking, and locker/access card administration.
  • Assist with office operations, including packing and carrying of goods when required.
  • Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Min 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Experience in SAP and Coupa is an added advantage.

Others :
Location: Near Bugis MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $3,300
Contract Period: 1 year
