Requirements Basic general skills in maintenance, repairs, keys handling Gardening/landscaping/cleaning and supervision of security work 24/7 at the campus Experience in basic plumbing and electrical repairs will be an added advantage Manage risks and threats on site Infrastructure inspection knowledge and ability to work additional hours and during weekends at the college events as and when requested Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure A valid driver’s license will be added advantage
