MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide general administration and portering support to the department

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• To provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the department
• To provide patient transport services as well as general running functions to ensure delivery of equipment, documents and supplies where needed
• Provide relevant patient support services, including inspection of facilities before, during and after patient stay to ensure safety and other related standards are adhered to
• Perform general reception services for the ward to ensure patients and visitors are well received

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A Grade 12 certificate
