Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare training venues and meeting rooms before training sessions. Assist with the serving of refreshments, meals, and beverages during training events. Ensure training rooms, dining areas, kitchens, and communal spaces are clean and presentable at all times. Replenish consumables such as tea, coffee, milk, stationery, and cleaning supplies. Assist with receiving, storing, and issuing stock according to company procedures. Support catering and hospitality functions during academy events and workshops. Maintain compliance with food safety, health, safety, and hygiene standards. Assist with dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Report maintenance issues, stock shortages, and health and safety concerns. Provide friendly and professional service to all learners, facilitators, and visitors.
