Responsibilities As a General Attorney (Labor) (Field Attorney), GS-0905-11, your typical work assignments may include: Under direct supervision, conducting legal research, preparing detailed factual and legal reports and analyses involving factual and legal questions, conflicting legal precedents, labor relations disputes, or other factors rendering resolution of difficult or sensitive cases. Exercising judgment in unfair labor practice charge investigations.
