The General Contracting/Handyman is accountable for ensuring that all maintenance, repairs, and renovation work across the portfolio are completed efficiently, professionally, and to company standards, while contributing to the growth and profitability of the maintenance division.

Success in this role means properties are well maintained, tenants and owners are satisfied, work is properly documented, and the maintenance division operates in a structured, scalable, and accountable manner.
