Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role provides enterprise legal leadership across the organization and acts as the primary legal advisor to the CEO, senior leadership, and shareholders. As the organization’s senior legal authority, the General Counsel & VP plays a critical role in safeguarding AgeCare’s legal and corporate integrity while supporting strategic growth and operational excellence.
