Our client is an entrepreneurial, fast growth business with significant plans to grow substantially in the next few years both nationally and internationally. As a result, they are recruiting heavily across the organisation including seeking to fill a new position for a General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of the executive team, you will take a key role in supporting the business’s growth plans. You will lead on ideas, devising and executing multiple growth strategies.You will establish and develop a legal team, implementing processes and procedures.Oversee external law firms, managing processes and transactions. We are looking for:
Experienced solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE*.Silver or Magic law firm training.Preferably experience working inhouse.The ability to undertake a business advisory and strategic role.
