**Job Title:** Production Laborer – Manufacturing
**Pay Rate:** $17/hr
**Shift:** Day Shift | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Thursday

We’re hiring Production Laborers to help manufacture environmental and erosion control products. This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Job Duties:**

+ Operate production equipment and machinery
+ Load/unload large materials (not extremely heavy, but bulky)
+ Perform basic equipment checks and cleanup
+ Follow safety rules and PPE requirements
+ Work with the team to meet daily production goals

**Requirements:**

+ High school diploma or GED
+ Experience with hand tools a plus
+ Able to lift up to 50–100 lbs
+ Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and in high dust areas
+ Reliable attendance and flexible with hours, nights or weekends may be required
