**Job Description**

This position supports construction and site development projects by assisting crews with a wide range of tasks to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will perform hands-on labor, support equipment operators and skilled trades, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor duties such as site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining an orderly work area.
+ Handle materials by loading, unloading, staging, and moving supplies and equipment around the job site.
+ Assist heavy equipment operators and skilled trades professionals as needed to support ongoing construction activities.
+ Prepare job site areas by setting up work zones, organizing tools, and ensuring materials are ready for use.
