**Job Title: General Laborer**

**Job Description**

This role supports food production operations in two facilities that prepare soups, broths, seasonings, and packaged pet food. You will perform a variety of general labor tasks such as assisting cooks, packing cases, loading and unloading materials, and floating between roles to keep production running smoothly. The position involves physically demanding work in a warm, fast-paced, and safety-focused environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist cooks in preparing and producing dog food, soups, broths, and seasonings by following established processes and instructions.
+ Work in a hot production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards at all times.
+ Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as an assistant cook to move ingredients, materials, and products as needed.
