Our client, the metal recycling industry, is seeking a **General Laborers** to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the operations supporting the recycling process. The ideal candidate will have reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Location:** Belleville, MI

**Pay Range:**

+ Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
+ Progression: Up to $18.00/hr at 6 months

**Shift:**

+ Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
+ Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
+ Typical schedule: Monday – Thursday
+ Occasional Fridays required based on production
+ Must be flexible to work 10–12 hour shifts and up to 5 days/week
