**Job Title: General Laborer / Scaffolding**

**Pay: $22/hour**

**Job Description**

This role supports scaffold building operations on construction sites across the Phoenix area. You will assist in setting up job sites each morning, help build and dismantle scaffolding, move materials, and support the foreman with various tasks. The position involves consistent outdoor work, frequent travel between sites in the Phoenix area, and regular use of hand tools such as hammers while working at heights.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up the job site each morning to prepare for scaffold building activities.
+ Assist scaffold builders in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures on construction sites.
+ Move and organize materials and equipment around the job site as directed.
