Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment. This role requires a hands-on approach and is ideal for individuals with experience in plumbing, light construction, HVAC, or similar fields. The position involves shift work from 9 or 10 AM to 7:30 PM.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan and order all production materials, including tanks, acid, and resin, working closely with the plant manager and purchasing department.
+ Maintain active tank and membrane inventories, ensuring proper storage and ordering as needed.
+ Complete production documentation and logs accurately.
+ Manage preventive maintenance (PMs) for the plant, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
+ Prepare units to specification, including proper resin loading and equipment checks.
