**Job Description**

This role supports production and fabrication operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks, including loading and unloading steel onto machines, assisting with parts retrieval, and maintaining a clean and safe shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist in loading and unloading steel onto production and fabrication machines in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Support general production activities as directed, including moving materials and staging parts for fabrication.
+ Retrieve parts and materials from designated areas as needed to keep production flowing smoothly.
+ Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of steel and related materials while following safety guidelines.
+ Help maintain a clean and organized shop by sweeping floors and brushing off steel parts during downtime.
