**Job Title: General Laborer – Commercial Flat Surfacing**
**Job Description**
This role supports the final stages of commercial flat construction projects by installing waterproof liners, insulation, and stabilizing materials on flat roofs. You will perform physically demanding outdoor work, including roof tear-offs, measuring and cutting insulation, and assisting with the setup of waterproofing systems to ensure safe, durable, and high-quality surfaces.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor duties on commercial flat surfacing projects, including roof tear-offs and surface preparation.
+ Lay out and install waterproof liners on commercial flat roofs according to project specifications.
+ Measure, cut, and install foam insulation sheets, including cutting around obstructions such as AC units, vent holes, and other rooftop structures.
