Position Overview

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for recording and preparing accounting entries, analyzing transactions, and generating financial reports for monthly financial statements. The role requires familiarity with bookkeeping procedures and oversight of basic steps in the Accounting Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and prepare accounting entries
  • Analyze accounting transactions and prepare reports
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Handle general ledger activities
  • Process BIR and LGU documents
  • Ensure appropriate handling of sensitive financial information
  • Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in all accounting tasks
