Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on general lending transactions acting for both lenders and borrowers.

  • Draft, negotiate, and review financing documentation including loan facility agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, ancillary documents, and corporate authority documents.

  • Manage domestic and cross-border transactions and coordinate with external counsel.

  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the business.
    • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong academic credentials and proven experience in general banking and finance matters ideally with exposure corporate clients.

  • Commercial awareness and ability to provide pragmatic solutions aligned with business objectives.
