Position Overview

Description
What You’ll Do
Maintenance & Operations
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
Maintain and troubleshoot systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, kitchen/refrigeration equipment, and more
Help ensure all equipment is ready and operational for daily use
Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals to complete repairs effectively
Accurately complete work orders and document all work performed
Safety & Standards
Follow all safety guidelines, brand standards, and local regulations
Identify and report unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment
Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory with care and efficiency
Guest & Team Support
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns
