General Maintenance Technician – Handyman

Responsibilities

• Relocate and shift office furniture, assemble furniture such as PC carts, display racks, keyboard trays, mailboxes, etc.
• Support catering and refreshment setups for employee meetings.
• Provide feedback on issues requiring outside assistance.
• Perform carpentry tasks and repair work on restroom sinks, stalls, fixtures, cabinet doors, closet doors, locks, etc.
• Provide mailroom support as needed.
• Collaborate with Office Services to support Building Services operations.
• Ensure pantry supplies, snacks and beverages are ordered and restocked.
• Conduct daily walkthrough inspections of the facility and address/report accordingly.
• Perform re‑lampering assignments as needed.
• Maintain conference rooms to be well attended and ready for daily use.
• Work closely with the Office Services team to address unsafe conditions.
