**Job Title: General Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The General Maintenance Technician supports a highly automated distribution operation by performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair on complex material handling systems. This role focuses on PLC troubleshooting and root cause analysis while acting as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors. The technician works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and drive issues to resolution with minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on automated material handling systems in a distribution environment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair integrated systems that use PLCs, including Allen Bradley PLCs (both legacy and newer models).
+ Diagnose and resolve issues with high-speed automated sorting machines, conveyors, VFDs, photo eyes, sensors, robotic...
