**Overview**

ABM Industries is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Moraine, OH. This role focuses on general repairs, preventative maintenance, and overall facility upkeep across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will handle routine maintenance such as drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, and HVAC PMs (filters and coil cleaning), along with daily physical tasks like trash removal, grounds cleanup, furniture moving, and event support. This position requires flexibility to handle urgent issues, adapt to changing priorities, and complete work orders via mobile device while following strict safety protocols.
