**Description**

**General Summary**

Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but no proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, masonry work. Perform preventive maintenance requirements on equipment as it pertains to the position.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Uses plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
+ Performs minor repairs or replacing to concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
+ Replaces damaged paneling and floor tiles.
+ Hangs doors and installs door locks and replaces broken windowpanes.
+ Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
+ Touch up painting or patching of walls.
+ Work along with team members to maintain the maintenance and upkeep of the facility grounds.
+ Assist in other duties when ask to do so.
