**Position Summary** **:**

Perform installations, maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and devices. Operate, maintain, and repair pools and related equipment in order to keep clear and chemically balanced. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities throughout properties.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Install, maintain, and repair pumps, salt generators, cell, sand filters, skimmers and baskets.

+ Maintain International employee housing with routine maintenance.

+ Perform preventable maintenance. 

+ Do periodic checks though out the day and log results.

+ Operate, maintain and assist in repairs on equipment to provide comfortable conditions throughout the resort.

+ Will perform other duties as required.
