Overview

The General Manager reports to the Chief Business Officer, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Latin America. This role will have a broad scope taking responsibility for the Australian business and leading the local development and implementation of the business strategy. 

The GM will provide hands on leadership to the local team and will play an important role in crafting a long-term vision for the business and be empowered to implement and execute growth.

This individual should enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, like to be challenged, and value the opportunity to make a difference. He/she must be a strong leader, a value creator, a doer, a creative innovator, an out-of the box thinker and a team player in a global-local matrix environment.
