Do you have the leadership skills to inspire teams and deliver outstanding visitor experiences at Aldershot’s vibrant arts and culture hub? You’ll lead the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences and operational excellence, motivating high performing teams to achieve ambitious KPI’s. Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments, including central teams, to drive commercial performance including box office revenue, bar spend, venue hire and community programme workshops and courses as well as ensuring high visitor experience and strong operational standards.
