Minimum 810 years' senior management experience in the aluminium manufacturing, glazing, or façade industry
Proven experience managing a manufacturing or production facility
Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication, manufacturing, and installation processes
Sound understanding of BIBC requirements and South African labour legislation
Experience managing production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and installation teams
Computer literate with ERP or manufacturing system experience
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Project Management qualification advantageous
Valid driver's licence
