What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the GM has overall strategic, fiscal, and operational responsibility for the Co-op, including the leadership and development of the leadership team. Using effective interpersonal competencies and managerial strategies, the GM will work with the Board of Directors to oversee the management of the Co-op and develop the strategy, goals, and objectives in alignment with the strategic plan.
