The AGM / GM, Contract Management is responsible for leading all contractual and commercial matters across data centre construction projects, with a stronger focus on post‑contract administration while maintaining oversight of key pre‑contract activities. The role ensures effective contract execution, commercial risk management, cost control, claims management, subcontract administration, and compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, commercial teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to protect the company's commercial interests and maximize project profitability.
