We are looking for a General Manager to lead all aspects of our business. Your first and foremost responsibility will be to maintain and retain a motivated staff to provide excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining L’Arte’s profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need leadership skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the FOH, check‑in with customers and motivate the staff. BOH management experience essential, as you’ll hire qualified wait staff, set work schedules, oversee food purchases and comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
