Job Description
The first Group CEO, reporting directly to the Board will be responsible of the following tasks:
Drive acquisition strategy and integrate the acquired companiesBuild a group's policies and framework to manage expansion and daily activitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and foster growth.Oversee all operational aspects of the air treatment division, ensuring end to end project executionManage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance.Lead cross-departmental teams to enhance collaboration and drive results.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the PE firm.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
