Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree Business Management Qualification (advantageous) Min 10 years’ Management experience. 5-8 years’ experience in a similar position within mining industry. Duties and Responsibilities Determine and allocate resources accordingly. Communicate the business objectives to the team, and closely monitor performance against these objectives.
