General Manager / Head of Operations, Malaysia

As the General Manager you hold full executive accountability for the business performance — commercial, operational, and financial. This role sets the strategic agenda, owns the P&L, leads the senior leadership team, and represents the company externally to partners, merchants, media, and investors.

This is not a functional head position — it requires someone who thinks like an owner, operates with executive discipline, and has the commercial instinct to turn platform capability into sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold full accountability for company’s revenue, cost base, and EBITDA performance.
• Set and execute the annual operating plan, aligned to Board-approved targets.
• Lead the senior leadership team across commercial, product, engineering, and marketing functions.
• Drive a high-performance culture with clear accountability at every level.
