The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will lead the growth and development of the Laser® Plumbing & Electrical business in New Zealand by creating value for members, suppliers, and Laser®.

Working across Belron NZ, you’ll strengthen the Laser® members model, expand services, and identify new opportunities, all while delivering our Purpose: “Making a Memorable Difference with Care.”

A key part of this role will be developing the Laser® member model and system to enable growth for both Members and Laser®, both through identifying and growing new customer market, as well as new products and services. In partnership with the wider Belron NZ team, you’ll build a strategy that positions Laser® as a leader in a market of $2.3bn in unplanned events & a further $1.5bn in preventative maintenance.
