Position Overview
Provide executive leadership in the formation, build-out, and operational launch of the company, establishing its organizational structure, operating model, and nuclear-ready infrastructure.Develop and execute enterprise operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives, profitability targets, and long-term growth, while embedding nuclear quality and compliance requirements from inception.Partner with the executive leadership team to define the company’s nuclear strategy, risk posture, and long range manufacturing and supply chain roadmap.Lead the development of foundational governance, policies, and controls required for a regulated nuclear organization.
