As the General Manager of Land, you will be the senior leader of a team of Land department employees, maintain developer relationships, and actively negotiate large land deals.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Manage and direct a team of Land Managers and Supervisors capable of meeting NVR's unit sales and profit objectives

+ Cultivate new developer relationships and maintain existing relationships

+ Review contracts from direct reports with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance

+ Actively negotiate and structure large and complex deals in the core market area
