Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Provide strategic and tactical leadership for major contract logistics sites 
Serve as the primary executive contact for key customer accounts 
Lead integration of modern warehouse technologies 
Cultivate a high-performance culture through talent development initiatives 
Manage costs, resources, and revenue optimization 
Champion Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives 
 Requirements  3+ years of experience in contract logistics management 
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) 
Experience with automation and robotics 
P&L accountability experience 
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies 
Excellent communication and leadership skills 
Knowledge of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
