Position Summary

The General Manager (GM) Airport Operations – International oversees the Customer Service/Airport Operations areas and sets the standard for customer experience. The GM is responsible for the operational performance of the station while achieving or exceeding the established performance measurements. Other responsibilities include coaching, counseling and developing current and potential leaders.

Essential Responsibilities

• Administer the budget of the station and develop cost savings ideas
• Participate in airport authority activities as well as attend regular airport meetings
• Ensure quality of customer service is in-line with the high expectations customers have for JetBlue
• Develop short and long-term vision for department; demonstrates forward-thinking in planning and execution
