POSITION SUMMARY: The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the Fun Mountain facility. This position will be responsible for managing both Food and Beverage operations as well as all games, bowling and guest attractions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

+ Routinely inspect areas of ownership toobserveprocesses, guest experiences and to gather feedback from guests and associates

+ Hold regular meetings with leadership to promote coordination,growthand communication

+ Continually evaluate existing offerings and develop new activities and servicesin order toexceed guests’ expectations

+ Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures

+ Provide leadership and direction to management and hourly associates

+ Strive to exceed the budgeted revenue predictions, within expense and payroll guidelines
