Position Overview

            Manage and supervise the daily operations of food courts, hawker centres, coffee shops, and canteens. 
Plan, organize, and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. 
Oversee tenant management, including tenancy matters, lease administration, and tenant relations. 
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations. 
Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the premises and facilities. 
Manage budgets, financial performance, operational costs, and revenue targets. 
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards. 
Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and service providers. 
Handle customer and tenant feedback, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
