Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all construction projects from planning to completion

• Develop project strategies, timelines, and resource allocation plans

• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial performance

• Supervise project managers, site engineers, and contractors

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, MOM, Workplace Safety & Health)

• Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiation, and procurement

• Monitor project progress and resolve issues on-site effectively

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Implement quality control procedures and ensure project standards are met

• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects
