Job Responsibilities Retail Business & Operations
- Overall P&L ownership for the Singapore business
- Drive sales growth, profitability improvement, and cost control
- Own budgeting and forecasting
- Manage finance operations in coordination with an external accounting firm (bookkeeping, monthly/year-end closing, etc.)
Strategy & Expansion
- Develop and execute merchandising (MD) and marketing strategies
- Lead store expansion strategy including site selection and lease negotiations (preferred)
- Manage relationships with developers/landlords and external partners
