Job Description:

As a member of the Operations Team, the General Manager will lead and manage all aspects related to the operations and development of the Marigold mine to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective operations.

The Day to Day:

• Provide safety and environmental leadership by always setting the example, inspiring our safety vision, challenging the processes, empowering the workforce, and celebrating our successes.
• Ensure the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards of the company are adhered to.
• Implement mine safety practices that align with the overall company goals and standards and improve HSE performance year-over-year.
• Lead a risk management approach to achieve zero harm.
• Maintain Marigold’s license to operate and grow the site through managing land acquisition, permitting and water rights.
