About the Role

Location: Vancouver store | Status: Full‑time | Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000/yr

Primary Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and oversee all daily business matters of the assigned store.
• Drive best‑in‑class service through all staff levels.
• Partner with all leaders, including Food & Beverage leadership, to ensure cross‑departmental efficiency.
• Continuously monitor business administration to maximize the in‑store experience, covering payroll, time & attendance, vacation, and PTO accrual.
• Support Operations team to ensure consistent execution of all operational processes.
• Partner with the Remote Warehouse team for effective product flow.
• Create developmental plans for the managerial team to drive a positive work environment.
• Efficiently communicate with HQ business partners, including Executive, Human Resources, Buying & Allocation, and Visual Merchandising teams.
