About the Role
Location: Vancouver store | Status: Full‑time | Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000/yr Primary Responsibilities
Effectively manage and oversee all daily business matters of the assigned store. Drive best‑in‑class service through all staff levels. Partner with all leaders, including Food & Beverage leadership, to ensure cross‑departmental efficiency. Continuously monitor business administration to maximize the in‑store experience, covering payroll, time & attendance, vacation, and PTO accrual. Support Operations team to ensure consistent execution of all operational processes. Partner with the Remote Warehouse team for effective product flow. Create developmental plans for the managerial team to drive a positive work environment. Efficiently communicate with HQ business partners, including Executive, Human Resources, Buying & Allocation, and Visual Merchandising teams.
