We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations for a payroll services environment in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a wide range of clerical tasks with accuracy. The right candidate will help keep records current, manage document flow, and provide dependable assistance in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
β’ Process, scan, and index paper and electronic documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
β’ Organize files and supporting materials so information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently
β’ Enter data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy while reviewing entries for completeness
