About the role

•  70-75% of billings with potential earnings of $450k+ annually
•  Mixed billing: Standard consult fee $85
•  Full time patient base immediately available

•  9 consulting rooms and fully equipped treatment room
•  2 full-time RNs daily supporting CDM, care plans, and assessments
