Coordinate directly with the assigned Registered Nurse, Customer Service Staff, and/or Reception Team regarding the schedule or appointment to advise if any patient preparation is required prior to visiting the facility for medical consultation, relevant procedures, treatment, and/or follow‑up.
Perform proper, complete, and holistic health assessments in accordance with established standards required for medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment.
Order diagnostic tests (e.g., X‑rays, ultrasound, blood tests, etc.) necessary for the patient’s diagnosis and treatment, and be responsible for checking, interpreting, analyzing, and following up on the results and/or reports in a timely manner based on the patient’s case.
Prescribe vaccinations for treatment and prevention of illness, including travel and flu vaccines.
