**Job Description**

General Production Workers operate in a busy manufacturing environment, performing a variety of production tasks. You will support day-to-day operations by cleaning work areas, handling materials, using hand and power tools, operating industrial machinery.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor and production duties in a shop/manufacturing environment.
+ Use hand tools and power tools for tasks such as sanding, grinding, and deburring steel components.
+ Assist with operating manufacturing equipment, including industrial machinery, forklifts, and sanding/grinding equipment.
+ Read and interpret tape measures accurately to support precise measurements and production work.

**Essential Skills**
