The General Superintendent oversees all field operations across multiple civil and site development projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role leads Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews, coordinating equipment, materials, and subcontractors to deliver grading, utilities, stormwater, roadwork, and earthwork projects successfully. The position requires a hands-on leader who can balance multi-project demands, drive production, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, owners, inspectors, and municipalities.
